Premier PLUS Delivery

Premier PLUS is an annual Delivery service that offers our frequent customers the benefit of delivery at a reduced cost.

Once you sign up for this service, any orders you place via Baker Ross online will be delivered to your home or chosen address for FREE.

You can order as often as you like, every day, and get FREE Delivery whilst your subscription is live.

There’s a minimum spend of €39. Delivery is 3-4 working days and is fully tracked.

Premier PLUS Delivery Service can only be used for orders placed on our Ireland website. Telephone and postal orders do not qualify.

You will need to ensure your order value is €39 or more to receive Premier PLUS Delivery. If your order falls below this threshold, you will be charged our standard rates of delivery.

Once you have subscribed to Premier PLUS, when you place your next order a delivery option will appear called Premier PLUS Delivery. Simply select this option when you checkout, it will be auto-selected in most cases. Free Delivery will automatically be applied to your order if it meets the basket value threshold of €39.

Your order will then be delivered within 3-4 working days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Baker Ross cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Currently, we are no longer accepting new subscribers.

• Premier PLUS Delivery Service is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

• You can cancel within 14 days of starting this plan. If you haven’t placed an order during this time with Baker Ross, we’ll provide you with a refund. You can cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Services team here.

• If you have Premier PLUS Delivery for more than 14 days or have used it, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

• Premier PLUS Delivery can only be used for orders placed on our Ireland website. Telephone and postal orders do not qualify.

• Delivery times are for guidance only. We cannot be held liable for delays outside our control and do not offer compensation.

• Premier PLUS Delivery is FREE on all order over €39, and there is no limit on how many times during the 12 months, from date of purchase, you can use this service.

• Premier PLUS Delivery is for personal use of the member only and cannot be used by any other persons.

• Premier PLUS can only be used for deliveries to your home or work address.

• Premier PLUS Delivery is only available on ‘in stock’ items.

• Premier PLUS is subject to the usual cut-off times such as Bank Holidays including the festive period, and cannot be guaranteed during peak trading periods.

• Baker Ross reserves the right to refuse or cancel your subscription at any time.

• Baker Ross reserves the right to change any terms and conditions at its discretion. All other applicable terms and conditions will apply.
