Remembrance Day

It's not always easy to teach our children about Remembrance Day and why people wear a poppy. Doing some craft activities is a great way to start a conversation with young children about the First World War and other conflicts. You can talk about all the people who've kept us safe and how we remember and honour those people each year, without focusing on death and conflict.
