How to Make

  1. Cut out lolly shapes from the coloured card. Cut out enough for at least 10 pairs of opposite words.
  2. Write on one word per lolly shape.
  3. Turn the lolly shape over and using sticky tape, secure the lolly pop stick to the back.
  4. Pop the word lollies in a glass and ask children to then match up the opposite word pairs.

Top Tip

Make sure the word pairs are written on different coloured lolly shapes to each other, that way children will have to match the opposite word pairs and not the lolly colours.
