How to Make
- Draw around your hand on a sheet of cardboard and cut it out.
- Next cut 12 little lengths of straw (three for each finger).
- Stick these on in a line leaving a gap in between each one where the fingers bend.
- Now cut 4 longer lengths of straw and stick these on the palm in line with each finger.
- When it is dry thread a length of string from just below the wrist through each straw and stick on the other side of the corresponding finger.
- Allow to dry fully.
- Tie on the rings to the end of each string as finger pulls.
Top Tip
Bend the cardboard of the fingers where your fingers would bend to make it easier to get realistic movement.
