Having a Credit Account means you are eligible for 30-day interest free credit from date of invoice, plus the following benefits when you place your order online.

To open a Credit Account, simply complete a Credit Account Application form.

Please allow up to 72 hours from receipt of your completed application form to set up your account. Once you receive our email confirmation you can immediately start placing your orders online, by post or email.

Baker Ross operates a credit scoring system and reserves the right to refuse any application, and does not enter into any correspondence on this.

Important: In the description field of the BACS payment, remember to state the following to ensure we credit the correct account:

Please allow up to 72 hours from us receiving your credit account application for your account to be set up. We will email you to confirm one your account is ready.

If your organisation operates a 'No PO No PAY' policy, or uses a purchase order system, we require you to provide us with your Purchase Order Number when ordering.

Our payment terms are 30 days from Invoice date. Therefore, should you require a proof of delivery in order for you to pay your invoice, please ensure you request a ‘proof of delivery’ within the 30 days of the invoice date.

If we do not have your name as an authorised contact user for your organisation’s account, then we will require you to email us at creditcontrol@bakerross.ie and request to be added to our contacts prior to placing an order.

Please ensure you quote the correct product codes, description and price when placing your order. Any order with incorrect details may be declined or held whilst we contact you for amendments.
