How to Make
- Take your headband and stick a strip of double sided tape along the top of it. Then, starting from one end, wrap the entire headband in red ribbon.
- Take a blue tinsel pipe cleaner and wrap it around a pencil to make a spiral. Then wrap one end around the headband so the spiral is pointing up.
- Repeat step 2 four more times using both red and blue pipe cleaners.
- Stick heart Union Jack stickers to the tops of the blue pipe cleaners.
- Stick blue glitter stars to the tops of the red pipe cleaners.
Top Tip
Make sure you untwist the ribbon as you go to make it look nice and neat.
