How to Make

All over floral design:

  1. Start by covering the top section of the egg cup in orange porcelain paint dots which will form the flower middles. Some small, some large. Allow to dry and then repeat using yellow middles.
  2. Paint red round shape petals around the large orange middles using a paintbrush. Paint pink petals around the small orange middles.
  3. Use purple around all of the yellow middles, varying the shape of the petals. Paint some of them with long thin petals to look more like daisies. Use a very thin brush for this. Allow to dry.
  4. Add teal green leaves into the gaps. Use an orange porcelain pen to add small dots within the orange middles, and a light green porcelain pen to add a few light green leaves and draw a ring of leaves around the base of the egg cup. Allow to dry and bake per the porcelain paint instructions.

Circular floral design:

  1. Paint two large yellow circles either side of the top of the egg cup as seen in the photo.
  2. Paint small orange and yellow dots around this in a ring, allowing space for petals between them.
  3. Paint large red petals around the central flower. Add petals to the smaller flower middles in purple and pink, varying the petal shape as you go.
