How to Make
- Cut a piece of blue elastic 30cm long. Tie one end with a loose knot to stop the beads slipping out.
- Thread the needle with the elastic and thread through the first bead followed by a felt ball. Carry on with the 5 more beads and felt balls.
- Pull the elastic out of the needle. Untie the loose knot and take the 2 ends & double knot together. Cut the ends to neaten and move the balls and beads along so that the knot is covered.
